IMM building consists of retail space, warehouse and office space spread over 5 levels. The availability of spacious warehouse facilities and office space within the same building proves an added advantage to retailers and companies by enhancing cost efficiencies accrued to storage provision. This unique leasing arrangement is available to over 600 companies housed in IMM. 

Aside from office and warehouse space is more than 407,000 sq feet of retail space – occupied by more than 220 retailers providing a wide range of products and services. Description of the location and accessibility 

IMM Building (IMM) is located in the west of Singapore, just a 10-minute walk from the Jurong East MRT Interchange Station and bus interchange. It is also easily accessible from other parts of Singapore via the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). Besides its proximity to the surrounding residential estates, IMM is close to major office and industrial developments such as the International Business Park and JTC Summit.

There is a free shuttle bus service that ferries visitors between the MRT station and the mall and another service between International Business Park (IBP) and the mall.
