This existing centre is being improved by an extension and a new design. It will be anchored by an 12,000 sq.m Carrefour hypermarket and a mall with a GLA of 33,000 sq.m, which will include Subway, Douglas, H&M, Jysk, Cinema 3D, Kinderplanet, as well as 200-seater food court.
Thanks to this improvments we are expecting a higher footfall of 30% from the previous results.
