Florence Mall (Regency Square Mall) is an enclosed regional shopping mall northeast of downtown Florence, Alabama. It was renamed from Regency Square Mall in late 2013 as part of a mall wide renovation.

Florence Mall is a 637,000 sq. ft. (59,200 m2) anchored by Dillard’s, Belk (two units), JC Penney, Sears, and a state-of-the-art 12-screen Carmike Cinema, the mall has a strong base of national retailers including Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Gap/Gap Kids, Bath & Body Works, Pacific Sunwear and Victoria’s Secret. The mall was built in 1978 and was renovated in 2004.
Florence Mall is positioned at the center of the retail hub in the Shoals area, which includes the quad-cities of Florence, Muscle Shoals, Tuscumbia and Sheffield, Alabama as well as portions of northeast Mississippi and southern Tennessee. Florence Mall s primary trade area, consisting of Lauderdale and Colbert Counties, has a total population of over 256,000 people and is the only regional mall within a 60 mile radius. Average age and household income in the primary market is 38 years and over $44,032 respectively.
