About this mall
The Marketplace Mall is managed by Wilmorite and located in the heart of the Rochester, New York metropolitan area on Hylan Drive, in the suburb of Henrietta. The Marketplace Mall opened on October 7, 1982 as the largest mall and the first regional mall located between New York City and Cleveland.

Dick’s Sporting Goods: Opened in 2001 as Galyan’s and became Dick’s Sporting Goods in 2004.
Macy’s : Opened as Sibley’s in February 1983 then was converted to Kaufmann’s in 1990 and became Macy’s in 2006.
Sears : Opened in October 1982.
