Westgateās design draws inspiration fr om Jurongās original landscape, while connecting to its aspirations for the future. The complex has been conceived as an urban oasis, with lush landscaped areas for the public to enjoy. Using sculptural plantings to enchance landscape and feature palms to create visual statement. Vertical greenery is integrated into the facade design to add to the visual aestetics and green feeling of the building.

Its offerings from Basement 2 to Level 5 will meet the varied needs of shoppers. They include a courtyard wh ere alfresco dining takes place, international/high street fashion, IT and electronics stores, Isetan department store and supermarket, food court and family restaurants. There will also be a themed play area called Westgate Wonderland on Level 4, a gym with swimming pool and a childcare centre as well as Westgateās very own Kids Club at Level 5.
